How to prepare the mask?

When making the simple version you just need one ingredient: eggs (two eggs are enough to cover short hair, but more is needed for long hair). The whisked egg should be applied onto dry hair from base to ends and left for half an hour – this will give enough time for the ingredients contained in the egg to act on the hair structure and scalp. After that, rinse the “DIY mask” with lukewarm water (a stream that is too warm can cause the eggs to come apart) then wash as usual.

Remember that whisked egg can be used on normal hair without issues, in case of dry hair the yolk itself will work better, and in case of greasy hair – using egg white only. You can apply the egg white mask every two weeks, in case of other versions, once a month. Contrary to appearances, more frequent use of the egg mask will not speed up the treatment and will not create better results.

In this case, less is more.
